Logging

When using the website, certain connection data and data provided by your internet browser are temporarily stored. The following data is logged for the operation of the website:

Contact form

In the interest of communication with customers and interested parties, we offer a contact form on our website which you can use to request information about our products or to make general contact. In addition to the voluntary information and your message content, we request the following information from you:

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Postcode

  • Telephone number

We need this information to process your enquiry, to address you correctly and to send you a reply. Enquiries received via the contact form are stored as emails and regularly checked to see whether data can be deleted. If data is no longer required in the context of a customer or interested party relationship or if a conflicting interest of the customer prevails, we will delete the relevant data after 180 days at the latest, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Insofar as the contact is made for the purpose of initiating contractual relations, the legal basis is Art. 6 para.1 lit.b) DSGVO.

Offer placement and order processing

For the purpose of ordering, payment and delivery of selected services and products in our online shop as well as for the provision of customer service, we process customer data within the framework of the ordering processes in our online shop. Customer data includes your contact data, contract data and payment data. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO with regard to the order transactions and their processing as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO with regard to the legally required archiving. This data is deleted after expiry of the statutory warranty and tax and commercial law retention obligations (6 or 10 years). We will only disclose your customer data to third parties for delivery and payment purposes, insofar as this is necessary.

After selecting a service, you will be asked to enter your postcode in order to display the relevant offers in your area. Your postcode will be stored by us for the duration of your visit to our website and then deleted. It is not linked to any other personal data. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO, insofar as it takes place for the initiation of contractual relationships and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO insofar as you only wish to obtain information. In this case, our interest lies in the presentation of our offers via our online shop in your area.

Obtaining creditworthiness information

We regularly check the creditworthiness of existing customers when concluding contracts and in certain cases where there is a justified interest. For this purpose, we work together with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, from whom we receive the data required for this purpose. The purpose of the processing is to avoid payment defaults. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO. 

On behalf of Creditreform Boniversum, we hereby provide you with the following information in advance in accordance with Art. 14 EU-DSGVO:

Creditreform information on data protection pursuant to Art. 14 DSGVO 

Creditreform Boniversum GmbH is a consumer credit agency. It operates a database in which creditworthiness information on private individuals is stored. On this basis, Creditreform Boniversum provides creditworthiness information to its clients. Clients include, for example, credit institutions, leasing companies, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, receivables management companies, mail-order, wholesale and retail companies as well as other companies that supply goods or services. Within the framework of the legal provisions, some of the data available in the credit reference database is also used to supply other company databases, including for use for address trading purposes. In the Creditreform Boniversum database, information is stored in particular on 
on the name, address, date of birth, e-mail address (if applicable), payment history and shareholdings of persons. The purpose of processing the stored data is to provide information on the creditworthiness of the person inquired about. 

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Accordingly, information about this data may only be provided if a customer credibly demonstrates a legitimate interest in knowing this information. If data is transferred to countries outside the EU, this is done on the basis of the so-called "standard contractual clauses", which you can view under the link http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32001D0497&from=DE or have sent to you from there. 

The data is stored for as long as its knowledge is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of the storage. As a rule, knowledge is necessary for an initial storage period of three years. After this period has expired, a check is carried out to determine whether storage is still 
If not, the data will be deleted on the exact day. In the event that a case is settled, the data will be deleted on a daily basis three years after settlement. Pursuant to section 882e of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), entries in the debtors' register are deleted on a daily basis after three years have elapsed since the date of the entry order. Legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO may be: 
Credit decision, business initiation, shareholding relationships, claim, credit assessment, insurance contract, enforcement information. 

You have the right to obtain information from Creditreform Boniversum GmbH about your personal data stored there. If the data stored about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. If it cannot be determined immediately whether the data is incorrect or correct, you have a right to block the respective data until clarification. If your data are incomplete, you may 
request that it be completed. 

If you have given your consent to the processing of data stored by Creditreform Boniversum, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. 

The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data carried out on the basis of your consent up to any revocation. 

If you have any objections, requests or complaints regarding data protection, you can contact the Creditreform Boniversum data protection officer at any time. 
He or she will help you quickly and confidentially with all data protection issues. You can also complain about the processing of data by Boniversum to the state data protection commissioner responsible for your federal state. 

The data that Creditreform Boniversum has stored on you comes from publicly accessible sources, from debt collection companies and from their customers. 

In order to describe your creditworthiness, Creditreform Boniversum calculates a score value for your data. The score value includes data on age and gender, address data and, in some cases, payment experience data. This data is included in the score calculation with varying weighting. Creditreform Boniversum clients use the score values as an aid in making their own credit decisions.

Customer account

You can also create a customer account in which you can view and manage your orders. The data entered as part of the registration process results from the input mask and is used for the purpose of using our services and products. If you have cancelled your customer account, the data contained therein will be deleted, unless storage is necessary for reasons of commercial or tax law.

In the context of registration and renewed registrations or use of our online services, we store your IP address and the time. This data is stored in the interest of protection against misuse and unauthorised use. As a matter of principle, this data is not passed on to third parties unless it is necessary for the pursuit of our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1lit c) DSGVO. The IP addresses are anonymised or deleted after 7 days at the latest.

Data transfer to third parties and outside the EU

We only transfer your personal data to third parties if you have consented to the transfer, if the transfer is necessary for the implementation of the offers or services you wish to use, or if there is otherwise a legal authorisation to transfer and the protection of your interests worthy of protection is ensured.
The following presentation provides an overview of third-party providers and their content, along with links to their data protection declarations, which contain further information on the processing of data and, in part already mentioned here, options for objection (so-called opt-out).

(1) Google Services

This site uses Google Analytics and Google Maps. The provider of these services is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

(2) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics is used in the interest of designing and improving the website in line with requirements and to align our site with customer needs. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. Furthermore, this site uses Google APIs, a program interface provided by Google. In the course of this use, data, such as in particular the IP address, may also be transmitted to Google. (3) Google Maps

In the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers and easy locating of the places we indicate on the website, we use the map service Google Maps via an API. To use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The protection of your personal data is important to us. In the following, we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data in the context of your application.

What other information do we collect as part of your application?

When you send us your application documents by e-mail, we save your data (surname, first name, date of birth), telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, we store the documents you send us as well as your CV, cover letter and certificates as well as other supporting documents and the information they contain.
If you still send us your application documents in person or by post, we will digitise them.
In the event of missing documents, we reserve the right to request these subsequently and also to digitise and store them.

Inadmissible content

Please ensure that you do not send us any file attachments containing viruses or worms. Personal data that you send to us should generally not contain the following:

  • Information about illnesses,

  • information about pregnancy, if any,

  • information about ethnic origin,

  • political, religious or philosophical beliefs,

  • trade union membership and sexual orientation,

  • defamatory or degrading information,

  • information that is not specifically related to your application.

Purpose of processing your applicant data and legal basis

We process your applicant data in order to assess your suitability for the position and to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis is § 26 BDSG. Should the data be required after the application procedure has been completed, if necessary in the context of legal proceedings in the interest of defending or asserting claims, the legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO

Data recipient and procedure for processing your applicant data

After receipt of your application, your applicant data will be viewed by the management of Redooo GmbH.

Suitable applications will be forwarded to the department heads for the respective open position for a professional assessment. This is followed by a specialist assessment, after which the management then proceeds with the next steps. In principle, only those persons in the company have access to your data who need it for the proper conduct of our application procedure.

We will only transfer your data to third parties if we are authorised to do so under data protection law. We will neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it in any other way.

Deletion of your applicant data

In the event of a rejection, your personal data will be deleted after 6 months.
In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will take over your data and delete it after 12 months.
If you are awarded a position during the application process, your data will be transferred to the relevant HR department.

Your rights as a data subject

Upon request, we will inform you in writing or electronically whether and which of your personal data is stored by us (right to information pursuant to Art. 15 DSGVO) as well as check your submissions for deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO), correction (Art. 16 DSGVO), restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) and transfer (Art. 20 DSGVO) of your personal data and carry them out if the prerequisites are met.
